About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to provide careers guidance to research staff through one-to-one sessions, group work, and collaboration with departments, faculties, divisions, and other University teams.

This part-time or fixed-term position is available from January 2025 until July 2025. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a research-related environment or a sector of interest to those with a research skill-set.

The University of Oxford Careers Service is one of the most innovative and engaged such services in the UK. Our mission is to provide high-value career-focused services, programmes, and activities to encourage and enable our clients to make informed decisions about their careers.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), depending on skills and experience.
