Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and experience in a range of physical and mental health settings.
The successful candidate will work across various clinical areas, including adult mental health, learning disability, forensic mental health, stroke rehabilitation, and older adult mental health. Our rotation offers a unique blend of inpatient and community-based settings, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role
This is a Band 5 Occupational Therapy role, which involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, treat, and review patients with a range of physical and mental health conditions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in different clinical models and frameworks, supported by senior colleagues and a wider multi-disciplinary team.
As part of our Flyer Programme, the successful candidate will complete their preceptorship, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their first qualified post. We also offer a career framework to support all qualified OTs in reviewing and evidencing their continuing development.
