As a Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetics and Recovery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the anaesthetic team to ensure safe and effective anaesthesia
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Supervise and support junior members of staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC)
  • Post-registration experience in a theatre setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
