About the Role:As a Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetics and Recovery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with the anaesthetic team to ensure safe and effective anaesthesia
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Supervise and support junior members of staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC)
- Post-registration experience in a theatre setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
