Your responsibilities will include:
Installation and Configuration:
Set up, configure, and install IT equipment and gaming machines in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.

Maintenance and Repair:
Perform regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot issues, and execute necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality and reduce downtime.

Troubleshooting:
Utilize diagnostic tools and technical documentation to identify and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and peripheral devices associated with IT equipment and gaming machines.

Customer Support:
Respond swiftly to service requests and inquiries from club personnel, offering technical support, guidance, and training as required.

Preventive Maintenance:
Establish preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues and extend the lifespan of our IT equipment and gaming machines.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices in all service and maintenance tasks.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain precise records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair documentation, and inventory management to facilitate tracking and analysis.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest advancements, features, and technologies in IT equipment and gaming systems to enhance troubleshooting skills and service quality.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including IT support, central engineering, and the IT service desk, to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with club staff, managers, and regional management by providing reliable service, demonstrating professionalism, and fostering trust.

Health & Safety:
Adhere to company health and safety policies.

As a Bingo Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment and gaming machines within our clubs. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting technical challenges, delivering timely solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
