Vehicle Integration System Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert support for our Vehicle Integration System product.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and confirm how the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool currently works with respect to Logic Blocks and Vehicle features.
- Develop customer-facing help documentation detailing how the logic tool works at a fundamental level, including technical documents and videos.
- Collaborate with our Engineering Team and Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service to directly support convertors with technical questions.
- Work with our client's Intelligence Software Team and Tech Team to integrate help information into the Logic Tool and web resources.
- Develop customer application examples that build on the fundamentals to demonstrate to convertors how they can use the tool to meet their application needs.
- Strong experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Technical writing skills.
- Understanding of basic principles of programming.
- Video screen capture and editing skills.
- Knowledge of electrical integration of vehicle conversions.
This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires 2 days a week in the office.
