Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage existing relationships with clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are effectively delivered and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Service Delivery: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to supply, service, and cost delivery across agreements, and implement change within your area of control.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage and review relevant management information (MI) and provide appropriate reporting and trend data to support business decisions.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, prioritize, and resolve risks and issues while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Provide timely, clear, and informative communication to clients and internal teams, and work collaboratively with peers to eliminate risks and rectify problems.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience within a client support/customer service or first-line support role.
- Skills: Proven ability to multi-task effectively, work to tight deadlines, and possess excellent organizational and workload management skills.
- Communication: Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level, with experience of data analysis and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional customer-focus and service excellence ethic, enthusiastic team player, and ability to take a reactive approach to situations while maintaining a clear perspective of goals.
This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of leading to permanent, offering a competitive annualized rate of between £25k to £30k pa depending on experience.
