We are seeking individuals who have personal experience of living with hepatitis C and have been cured through treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to callers via telephone
  • Offer accurate and up-to-date information about hepatitis C
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use our support systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
