Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Projects

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Intersect Global Ltd's commercial team, working on high-value civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sub-contract management, cost reporting, and change management. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to commercial and operational colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work on civil engineering projects valued between £10M - £50M.
• Sub-Contract Management: You will be responsible for managing sub-contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and mitigating risks.
• Cost, Value, and Change Reporting: You will provide accurate and timely reports on project costs, value, and changes.
• Managing Change Effectively: You will work closely with stakeholders to manage changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Client Meetings: You will attend client meetings, representing Intersect Global Ltd and providing updates on project progress.
• Leadership and Support: You will provide leadership and support to commercial and operational colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Proven track record as lead Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects valued around £10M+
• Experience working on highways projects
• Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
