Electronics Quality Assurance Professional

A reputable electronic manufacturer in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Electronics Quality Assurance Professional to manage the company's quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • QMS Oversight: Ensuring the quality management system meets industry standards by managing reporting and analyzing quality data.
  • Customer Audits: Hosting and facilitating customer audits and inspections to maintain quality excellence.
  • KPI Analysis: Analyzing and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Similar Manufacturing Experience: Provable experience in a similar role within a manufacturing electronics environment.
  • Health and Safety Qualification: Holding a NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards, IPC requirements, and quality systems.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data. This is a competitive opportunity with an estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager - Electronics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of IPC requirements and quality systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
