Unitised Facade Lead in Cambridge

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a skilled Facade Manager to join our team on a major commercial project in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the facade package, ensuring programme and delivery are met, and maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly those involving unitised facades. With an estimated annual salary of £90,000-£115,000, this role offers a competitive package including 33 days annual leave and a generous pension contribution.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the Senior Project Manager on site
- Ensuring programme and delivery are met
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality assurance
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver the facade package
