Program Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to oversee the daily operations of our EduQuality program.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring effective implementation and coordination of program activities, working closely with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead logistics implementation and delegation of key program events.
Financial Planning and Management
  • Develop and manage global budgets for key program activities.
  • Liaise with finance teams to track and optimize budget efficiency.
Staff Development and Recruitment
  • Oversight of staff and consultant recruitment and onboarding processes.
Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Prepare periodic donor reports with operations team.
  • Update databases for accurate reporting and analytics.
Digital Strategy and Implementation
  • Procure and maintain digital devices across regions.
  • Closely coordinate with product development and data teams.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on location and experience.
