We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Gwent, Wales area.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and compile a plan of care alongside the individual
  • Monitor patient progress and contribute to their care plan
  • Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and other team members
  • Provide a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • Commit to high-quality care and values-based practice
