About the Role:

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join our London campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey. Your duties will include conducting well-being meetings with students, analysing and identifying wellbeing cases, and providing guidance and advice on student wellbeing and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct well-being meetings with students to discuss their problems and provide support.
  • Analyse and identify wellbeing cases and share reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
  • Manage a caseload of student well-being matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes.
  • Communicate with tutors and other central services to ensure effective support delivery.
  • Help the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
  • Collaborate with other teams to establish and maintain productive relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
  • Willingness to train in Mental Health First Aid.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with students, colleagues, and staff.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
