Wellbeing Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to provide high-quality support to students throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct well-being meetings with students to discuss their problems and provide guidance and advice.
- Analyse and identify wellbeing cases and share reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
- Manage a caseload of student well-being matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teams to establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues.
- Plan and organise own workload and contribute to longer-term plans.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Education.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with students, colleagues, and staff.
- Able to deal with confidential matters and act with discretion.
