About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a modern nursery in Barnet, London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Create a stimulating and safe environment that encourages children's curiosity and exploration, promoting a love for learning and development.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide daily care routines, ensuring the well-being and happiness of each child, and communicating effectively with parents.
Requirements
  • Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience in a nursery setting, demonstrating a genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Understanding of and commitment to promoting a child-centred and inclusive environment, with a focus on SENCO or Forestry school qualification an advantage.
