Job Title: New Build Residential Site Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Site Manager to join our team in Norwich. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering new build residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

About Us: Our client is a dynamic Regional Main Contractor that specializes in constructing, renovating, and regenerating homes and communities across the UK. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they have built a reputation as a trusted partner in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing new build residential projects, including site management and coordination with contractors.
  • Collaboration with Contracts Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports, including project progress, costs, and personnel data.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A proven track record in site management or similar role, preferably in new build residential construction.
  • Degree-level qualification or relevant construction certification.
  • Experience working with traditional construction methods and RC frame apartments.
  • Certifications such as First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS.
  • Able to commute to Norwich daily and work independently.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £53,500 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
