Cleaning Operative Required for New Build Properties

Straight Forward Recruitment is currently hiring Cleaning Operatives for various locations in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning new build properties throughout their build process. This includes removing trade mess, such as glue on windows, paint on sockets, and grout on tiles. You will also be expected to scrape concrete floors, including garages, and remove protective coverings from windows and frames.

A CSCS card (Green) is mandatory for this role, but don't worry if you're new to the industry – we offer comprehensive training. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance or cleaning and be able to work well under pressure. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £26,500, based on a 40-hour week.
