Job Summary:
Excelerate is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Premium Processing Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Processing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Premium Processing Technicians and ensuring the delivery of an effective and high-quality Premium Processing service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Front Office executives, Business Unit leaders, Middle Office leaders and handlers, central support leaders, IBA teams, auditors, and regulators.
- Work on Premium Processing-related projects, including transformations, transitions, acquisition due diligence and integration, MI improvements, and system enhancements.
- Assist the Premium Processing team leader in aligning the Premium Processing team, IBA, and the business to achieve business results and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) together with the delivery of best practice training and guidance.
- Ensure personal adherence to and support of all company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team, with the ability to motivate and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- At least 3 years of experience gained directly within the insurance broking industry, or lesser experience supported by professional insurance qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience working within a premium processing team.
- Good understanding of London Market Specialty Insurance.
