At Sedgwick, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support in commercial claims handling. As a Claims Technician, you will play a vital role in working with our Adjusters to manage complex claims and develop your technical skills.



The ideal candidate will have a Cert CILA/Cert CII qualification or equivalent experience in commercial claims handling. You will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.



You will work closely with our team to provide technical support and assistance on site, including minute-taking and preparing action plans. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and completing case enquiries as directed by the Adjuster.
