FJWilson Talent Services is seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Director to lead the commercial growth and transformation of a prestigious professional body. As a seasoned commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding international markets, and implementing cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance the digital-first approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial strategy and programme management, with a focus on marketing and bringing products to market effectively. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement new channel strategies and drive innovation in alignment with the ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of high-quality, commercially valuable programmes and products
  • Managing costs to support excellent product and service delivery
  • Implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies and platforms
  • Development, closing, and managing sales and business solutions

The successful candidate will be an experienced interim with a proven track record in a senior commercial role, ideally within a professional body. You will be able to effectively interim manage a motivated team, proactively supporting them in their own personal development and career progression.

FJWilson Talent Services offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £90,000 p.a. and a fixed-term contract minimum of 6 months. The role is primarily home-based, with travel to our client's offices in London and Liverpool.
