Accounting Clerk

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. You will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, verifying supplier invoices, and ensuring timely approval and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase ledger function efficiently, ensuring accurate recording and processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Assist in reviewing open and processed purchase orders for accuracy.
- Match invoices to GRNs, verifying correct price, quantity, and GL coding.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in purchase ledger management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
