**Ambulance Care Assistant Role Description**

EMED Group is seeking a skilled Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting service users to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a FREC3 qualification and Blue Light Driving qualification. They will also be an effective communicator, able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transporting service users to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
  • Assisting with patient care and handling
  • Communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring the ambulance is safe, clean, and tidy at all times
