Administrative and Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Operations Manager to join our team at the London Fashion School.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading the reception team, providing guidance and support to achieve shared objectives.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners, promoting effective communication and cooperation.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language spoken and written, with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Email and phone etiquette knowledge, with ability to respond professionally and promptly.
- Good knowledge of the office package, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Good basic knowledge of Mac systems, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Team work skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
