About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Front Office Administrator to join our team at Synergy Dental Clinic Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front desk, including maintaining great relations with patients and parents, managing dentist diaries effectively, answering phones, taking payments, and cashing up.

Key skills and qualifications required include an understanding of NHS dentistry, IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to work under pressure.
