Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Operations Specialist to join our team at Reed. As an Aviation Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our aviation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to contracted customers and Programme Managers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintenance Requests: Act as the focal point for maintenance requests, identifying sources of supply, arranging shipment, and resolving potential shortfalls.
  • Operational Demands: Assist with the airline/customer daily operational demands process, ensuring customer requests are fulfilled in accordance with contractual service levels.
  • Inventory Management: Investigate and resolve no-stock situations, expediting repair/purchase orders, and tendering the market for cost-efficient supply solutions.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to airlines and customers on demand fulfillment, shipping information, and any disruptions to supply.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactively engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of contractual requirements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
