Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, leveraging your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software project management at a senior level, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Background in the financial services / banking space, with experience in managing software implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing projects using these approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
