We are looking for a skilled Engineering Stores Lead to join our team at Stirling Warrington. This role involves implementing and coordinating inventory management system processes to meet customer service levels and procure spares efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement inventory management best practices to improve stock accuracy and turnover
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes to maintain data integrity
  • Develop strategies to optimize engineering spares holding and minimize waste
  • Use the company's CMMS to manage materials and spares effectively, ensuring timely delivery of components
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure the accuracy of purchase request information to avoid delays or errors

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with 5S standards
  • Proficient in using SAP systems for inventory management and tracking
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for managing inventory and maintaining accurate records
  • Able to work flexibly to provide support to colleagues when needed

The estimated salary range for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on the candidate's level of experience. We also offer benefits like an on-site canteen, life assurance, and on-site parking.
