Job Title: Aerospace Stores Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Stores Coordinator to join our team at PE Global (UK) in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Summary:

The Stores Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the stores department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes receiving and storing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading multinational Food Manufacturing client, based in Reading. As Stores Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility's store and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as required by the Facilities Manager

Requirements:

  • Basic English and math qualifications
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge of facilities/handyman duties
  • Knowledge of safety systems and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interaction with colleagues and external partners. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:
