{"About the Role": "We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Group PLC. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service user, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting our service user with daily tasks, such as household chores and personal care, as well as assisting with medication, nutrition, and activities. You will also be required to work on a 1:1 basis, with the possibility of double staffing on days out, visiting family members, and appointments.

The shift pattern will consist of Late/Sleep/Early shifts, which are as follows:

* Early shifts: 07:30-15:00
* Late shifts: 15:00-22:00
* Sleepovers: 22:00-07:30

For continuity of our service user, this is the shift pattern we are offering.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and experience a sense of reward and achievement in your daily activities.
