Job Title: Senior Maintenance Supervisor

CITIC Pacific Mining Management is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our heavy equipment and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and improving equipment availability.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
