About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at enable recruitment | B Corp™. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in researching, analysing, and preparing financial plans and reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Advisers in researching, analysing, and preparing financial plans and reports for clients.
  • Liaise with product providers, clients, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Work within a close-knit team of Paraplanners and Administrators who are encouraged to challenge themselves in their development and support one another at all times.
  • Develop skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  • Work in a permanent, full-time capacity in a dynamic and culture-focused firm.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of experience as a Paraplanner or a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with complex and technical information.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
