Art Program Assistant

As a Creative Engagement Volunteer, you will be joining a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young creatives. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced facilitators, learn new skills, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting participants in their creative projects
- Assisting with setup and organization of art stations
- Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for art and creativity, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our staff to ensure that everyone has a positive experience.
We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose from available shifts on Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with young people in a creative environment, build your skills in art facilitation and teamwork, and be part of a supportive community.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £5,000-£7,000, depending on location and experience.
