About the Role
As a Care Specialist at Elysium Healthcare, you will work with a highly skilled and dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans, providing emotional support and guidance to service users, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
- Support service users with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management.
