Job Title: Nurse Specialist - Complex Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to an adult with complex needs in their own home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community, and possess a clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.

The role involves working closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care, committing to a regular working pattern, and collaborating with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.

The client requires 2-2-1 support, including PEG feeding and Severe Tracheomalacia, and the successful candidate will build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care.
  • Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an adult with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and Severe Tracheomalacia.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
