Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

• Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment, patient monitoring, and education.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient treatment processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document patient information, treatment outcomes, and any notable events or concerns.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Current certification as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting equipment, and working in a clinical environment.
