Job Title: Planning Assistant

Job Summary:

Tate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Planning Assistant to join a luxury retail and fashion brand based in London. As a key member of the global planning organization, you will play a critical role in driving all replenishment planning activities globally.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in assessing global replenishment forecasts and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy
* Maintain global rolling line cards for replenishment items and ensure adherence to the replenishment monthly critical path
* Collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products
* Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategy

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for assessing global replenishment line cards and ensuring adherence to global weeks of cover targets
* Responsible for driving the global replenishment buy process
* Responsible for monthly evaluation of trading with regional teams to assess in-season management decisions
* Responsible for reviewing regional replenishment sales forecasts and stock weeks of cover based on current trading and overlay adjustments if necessary to future buys
* Responsible for coordinating regular free stock drops to optimize both carry forward and replenishment inventory
* Responsible for forecasting and planning replenishment margin

Personal Profile:

* Strong planning, merchandising, and forecasting skills
* Decision-making capability clearly driven by developing strategic product and business initiatives
* High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* SAP/BRRS skills preferred
