Strategic Workforce Planning Manager

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to lead and execute long-term workforce strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning process to align with organizational goals.
  • Create and utilize workforce models to forecast future skill needs and align with location strategy.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on the development of a 5-year workforce plan, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and business needs.
  • Facilitate scenario planning workshops with stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with Strategic People Partners and Organisational Capability colleagues to support the deployment of change projects.
  • Conduct external market and regulatory analysis to anticipate workforce challenges and integrate insights into workforce strategies.
  • Develop and deliver tools and training to build SWP capability across the business.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Strategic Workforce Planning qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to source and validate data for informed recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders in meaningful workforce planning discussions.
