Business Systems Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen at AFH Wealth Management, a leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firm, to join their team as a Business Systems Administrator.

As a Business Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining internal records, understanding and assisting with the management of IPS and external accounts, and ensuring the smooth run of data feeds.

You will also be required to rectify any data errors identified, assist with data cleansing projects, and liaise with relevant software providers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal records of all providers, online access, and provider agency codes.
  • Understand and assist with the management of IPS and external accounts.
  • Ensure the smooth run of data feeds.
  • Rectify data errors and assist with data cleansing projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience of finance is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of internal systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Analysing, interpreting, and organising data.
  • Previous customer service experience.
