Business Systems Administrator

As a Business Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining internal records, understanding and assisting with the management of IPS and external accounts, and ensuring that any data errors are rectified as soon as possible. You will also assist with data cleansing projects and have the opportunity to work with a range of software providers. If you have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and are able to analyze and interpret data, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain internal records of all providers, online access, and all provider agency codes
  • Understand and assist with the management of IPS and external accounts and maintaining provider credentials to ensure smooth run of data feeds
  • Ensure that any data errors identified are rectified as soon as possible, ensuring the source of error is identified and notified
  • Assist with any data cleansing projects identified by the firm
Requirements
  • Experience in finance desirable but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and organise data
