The Brand Specialist - Beauty at NEXT is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and total sales by demonstrating and training all brand initiatives, including selling, bra fitting, product knowledge, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand standards and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team to execute bra certification, ensuring 100% of applicable associates are certified at all times.

• Actively participate in non-peak CSL segments to support overall store sales and drive customer engagement.

• Support the Store Leadership Team in planning and executing product education, leveraging company and brand tools to enhance customer knowledge.

• Ensure seamless brand launches by participating in and training associates on new products, mapping, and customer feedback.

• Demonstrate a high level of brand knowledge, including store standards, to support overall store execution and customer satisfaction.

• Review Mystery Shop reports and plan training to improve results, ensuring customer experience at the cash wrap is efficient and service standards are high.

• Support the Store Leadership Team in handling customer-related queries, including complaints, parcels/orders, and other concerns.

• Demonstrate and train all brand and store initiatives to support overall store success.

• Lead opening/closing activities, setting direction, and driving team productivity while ensuring a smooth store operation.

• Experience in managing a store/team/department alone, including key holding responsibilities.
