About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fleet Training Specialist to join our team at Next Distribution.

As a key member of our Driving Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our drivers to ensure they meet the highest standards of health and safety and operational efficiency.

Your expertise in fleet management and driver training will be essential in developing and implementing training programs that drive results and improve our overall performance.

You will work closely with our Transport Management Team to ensure that all drivers receive comprehensive training on defensive driving techniques, fuel-efficient driving methods, and regulatory compliance.

With your experience and knowledge, you will also provide ongoing support and guidance to our drivers to help them overcome any challenges they may face and ensure they continue to develop their skills and abilities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in fleet management and driver training, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of coaching and mentoring others is essential, as is the ability to influence people positively and make a lasting impact.

You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
