We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Creative Strategies: Drive business growth by conceptualising and executing creative marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer retention.
  • Lead Campaigns and Content Creation: Manage the end-to-end production of engaging content, from photo and video shoots to social media campaigns, aligned with the company's vision.
  • Drive Digital and Social Media Presence: Oversee digital and social media platforms, crafting compelling content and engaging with online communities to build loyalty.
  • Enhance Customer Experience in Showroom: Collaborate with sales to design showroom marketing initiatives, host events, and create memorable, impactful showroom experiences.
  • Build Partnerships and Manage Influencer Collaborations: Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and industry leaders to expand the brand's reach.
Requirements:
  • Creative Vision and Brand Storytelling: Proven ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas that make a brand stand out.
  • Experience in Content Creation and Digital Marketing: Strong track record of managing creative production across various mediums and an excellent understanding of social media and digital trends.
  • People Management Skills: Experience in leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organisational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
