What You'll Be Doing
An Apprentice HSES Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment. You'll learn about safety regulations, risk assessment, and implementing protocols to prevent accidents. This involves collaborating with colleagues to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you'll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at passing grades. This apprenticeship offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, focusing on technical skills to help you build expertise in your chosen field. As an Apprentice HSES Advisor, you'll be part of our Early Career development program, which provides structured training and support from day one.
