About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their skills and expertise to drive business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing mass orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, you will coordinate project milestones and ensure efficient operations.
You will also proactively identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them. Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, you will maintain clear and open lines of communication. Furthermore, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or Cosmetics industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple mass orders and projects simultaneously, are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teams at various levels, are also necessary. A solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on problem-solving, is critical to success in this role. Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems, you will also possess a self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a range of benefits, including on-site parking.
