About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Hospitality Account Manager to join our lean but exceptional sales team. In this role, you will manage and grow our portfolio of hospitality accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch support while identifying opportunities for expansion. You will be an expert advisor on new site launches and staff training.
Your mission will be to strengthen Pact's position as the UK's top speciality coffee partner in hospitality, ensuring every partnership thrives.
Key Responsibilities- Client Growth and Retention: Partner with our existing hospitality clients nationwide, focusing on driving growth and retention through exceptional quality, service, and engagement.
- Flawless Account Management: Ensure seamless launches and relationship-building within key accounts, supporting both new wins and long-standing partnerships.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer services teams to ensure every B2B hospitality client receives VIP-level service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in coffee, particularly with traditional espresso equipment.
- A passion for food and drink, especially coffee.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- A commitment to delivering quality outcomes and exceeding targets.
