We're a B Corporation with a carbon-neutral roastery, and all our packaging is fully recyclable. Our focus on sustainability extends to the farmers we work with, many of whom champion planet-first practices.
We're looking for a Hospitality Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you'll manage and grow our portfolio of hospitality accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch support while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Client Growth and Retention: Partner with our existing hospitality clients nationwide, focusing on driving growth and retention through exceptional quality, service, and engagement.
- Flawless Account Management: Ensure seamless launches and relationship-building within key accounts, supporting both new wins and long-standing partnerships.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer services teams to ensure every B2B hospitality client receives VIP-level service.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in coffee, particularly with traditional espresso equipment.
- Bonus if you hold an SCA Barista Intermediate qualification.
- Passionate about food and drink, especially coffee.
- Personable and confident in your ideas.
- Effective communicator and proactive approach.
- Fast learner, eager to apply your coffee training to real-world scenarios.
- Thrives in a team environment, actively contributing to team decisions and goals.
- Driven to exceed targets and metrics, both individually and as part of a team.
- Organised, strategic, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
- Excels in working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
