Hospitality Account Manager

Join Our TeamWe're looking for a skilled Hospitality Account Manager to join our lean but exceptional sales team. As a Hospitality Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of hospitality accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch support while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Client Growth and Retention: Partner with our existing hospitality clients nationwide, focusing on driving growth and retention through exceptional quality, service, and engagement.
- Flawless Account Management: Ensure seamless launches and relationship-building within key accounts, supporting both new wins and long-standing partnerships.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer services teams to ensure every B2B hospitality client receives VIP-level service.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in coffee and traditional espresso equipment.
- Bonus if you hold an SCA Barista Intermediate qualification.
- Passionate about food and drink, especially coffee.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team decisions.
- Driven to exceed targets and metrics, both individually and as part of a team.
- Salary bracket: £35-40k depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonus and generous commission structure.
- Regular personal and team incentives.
- 23 days holiday, increasing annually up to 27 days.
