About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stress Engineer to join our Nuclear team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering complex stress analyses and structural integrity assessments for our clients in the energy industry.

Your expertise in finite element analysis and experience in writing technical reports will be invaluable in helping us to provide innovative solutions to our clients' most challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex stress analyses and structural integrity assessments for our clients in the energy industry.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, set up projects, and deliver right-first-time solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering solutions to the industry's most challenging problems.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified mechanical engineer (or other relevant qualification).
  • Experience of delivering complex stress analyses or structural integrity assessments.
  • Experience in writing accurate, detailed, and concise technical reports.
  • Comfortable with engaging with existing and prospective clients, working at their sites, and investing time in understanding their issues, goals, and processes.
