We are seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join our team at Taylor James Professional Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team of financial planners and paraplanners
- Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to their queries and concerns
- Process new business applications across various financial products
- Ensure that financial transactions are completed accurately and compliantly
- Prepare for client review meetings and acquire client portfolio valuations
- Perform basic paraplanning duties, with full training provided
- At least 2 years of experience in IFA/financial planning administration
- Studying towards a Level 4 Diploma (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of provider platforms
- A competitive starting salary of up to £35,000
