Job Description

Candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) principles and be able to manage multi-disciplined engineering teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure effective integration of electrical and control requirements.
  • Conduct peer reviews of subcontractor-produced drawings and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, regulatory environment. They must be able to provide technical support to Project Managers and ensure that outsourced EC&I design meets project requirements.

Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline, preferably Electrical, or a higher degree (BEng/MSc).
  • Experience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR/data protection legislation and requirements.
